How it works

You give us one conversation.
We do the rest.

Getting Lumeya running on your business asks very little of you. Here is the whole process, honestly, from first conversation to your first Monday brief.

The process

Four steps.
One conversation from you.

Launch is where the foundation gets built. Here is exactly what happens, and how little of it needs you.

1
You talk · one conversation

We learn your business

One conversation: your locations, your systems, what you watch, what keeps surprising you. That conversation is most of what we ever ask of you.

What gets created: shared understanding of what the numbers mean.
2
We define · the first days

We pin down what your numbers actually mean

Every business has a handful of numbers that actually matter. Those are the ones we define, together. Labor percent, waste, average ticket: every business defines them a little differently, so we write the definitions down with you. Every number you ever see from Lumeya means exactly what you think it means.

What gets created: the foundation that makes interpretation trustworthy.
3
We connect · the first week

We connect the systems you already use

Your POS, scheduling, accounting, spreadsheets, exported reports. We do the connecting and the checking, and we compare the numbers against reports you already trust before anything goes live.

What gets created: a single, reliable picture of your business.
4
You read · a couple weeks in

Your first brief arrives

What happened last week, what it means, and the one thing worth your attention. Five minutes, built on your business. From there it’s a rhythm: the brief every Monday, the full read whenever a question comes up.

What gets created: a weekly leadership rhythm you can rely on.
The first weeks

Useful on day one.
Sharper every week.

Your first brief reads your business correctly from the start. Over the first month it learns your rhythms: which locations swing, what a normal Tuesday looks like, which changes are noise and which are news. By week four, the one thing it points at is usually the one thing you’d have wanted to find.

Questions along the way go to a person who knows your setup, not a ticket queue.

Don’t see your software?

That’s completely normal. Every business runs a little differently. Some rely on industry-specific platforms, legacy software, custom databases, or exported reports.

When a pre-built integration doesn’t exist, we establish a secure connection using APIs, databases, scheduled exports, or a custom pipeline designed specifically for your business.

Your business shouldn’t have to change software to use Lumeya.

Your data

Handled the way you’d want it handled.

Ownership

It was always yours.

Your data lives in your systems, not ours. Lumeya reads it to build your read; it never becomes the keeper of it. If you ever leave, everything is exactly where it always was, and the briefs in your inbox stay with you.

Access

Seen by few.

Your numbers are visible to you, the people you invite, and the person who builds your setup. No one else.

Care

We look. We don’t touch.

We connect to your systems to read them, not to change them. Nothing we do reaches into how your business runs.

Let’s talk

The hard part is ours.
The first step is yours.

No pitch, no pressure. Just a direct conversation about what you’re running, what you need, and whether Lumeya is the right fit.

We’ll only use this to reply. Privacy
