How we handle your data.

Effective July 28, 2026

The short version: we read your data to write your brief. We never sell it. We never share it, except with the small set of services that help us run Lumeya, listed below. If you want it deleted, ask, and we delete it.

What we collect, and why

• If you write to us through the site, we keep your name, email, and message so we can reply.
• If you join the newsletter, we keep your email so we can send it. Unsubscribe any time; that removes it.
• If you become a client, Performance Pulse connects to the systems you choose, your point of sale, accounting, spreadsheets, and reads that data for exactly one purpose: producing your weekly read. That’s the product.

What we never do

• We never sell your data, or trade it, or rent it.
• We never use one client’s data to inform another client’s brief. Your numbers stay yours.
• We never use your business data to train public AI models.

Who touches it

A few services process data on our behalf, under their own agreements with us:

• Vercel (website and product hosting)
• Supabase (database)
• Resend (delivery of the weekly brief)
• Formspree (contact form delivery)
• Beehiiv (newsletter delivery)
• Anthropic (AI model provider; client data is processed to write the brief and is not used to train public models)

How long we keep it

Contact messages: as long as the conversation is live. Newsletter emails: until you unsubscribe. Client data: for the term of the engagement, then deleted on request or per your agreement.

Your choices

Email sam@lumeya.io to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. No forms, no hoops; a reply from a person.
